Office-based Psychotherapy Sessions
Eliza is a trauma-informed therapist with over fifteen years of clinical experience. She believes in a holistic approach to therapy that focuses on emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. Eliza recognizes that the therapeutic relationship is central to the healing process. Eliza has extensive training and experience in treating trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, depression, ADHD, and self harm. Eliza is trained in EMDR and Trauma-Informed Yoga, and she has completed both Levels 1 and 2 of Brainspotting training.
Due to COVID-19 and public health concerns, Eliza is not currently meeting with clients in an indoor office space. All traditional (i.e. non-equine) psychotherapy sessions are conducted virtually, using a HIPAA-compliant online portal.
